Full composite forming capabilities are offered using both high-temperature prepregs and room temperature wet layups. CNC tooling molds are fabricated in-house from user supplied STEP files

Post processing capabilitlies include:

• CNC fabrication of bondable load point inserts and attachment seats.
• CNC trim of parts including hole placements.
• Design and fabrication of alignment jigs.
• Insert and part assembly bonding.
• Part finish including low outgassing primer and topcoat.

Full fiberlass capabilities including:

• CNC machining of compound-contour plugs.
• Multi-section molds from plugs.
• Thin layups for weight sensitive drone applications.
• CNC trim of parts including hole placements.
• Part finishing including speciality paints.
